Personal data we process

When you use our services or supply information, we may process your first and last name, telephone number, email address, information you actively provide through forms or by telephone, website activity, browser and device type.

Special data and minors

The website does not intend to collect data about visitors under 16 without parental or guardian permission. We cannot verify a visitor’s age. If you believe we have collected a minor’s data without consent, contact us so we can delete it.

Purposes

We process information to send newsletters or other information, contact you when needed for our services, and deliver products and services. We do not make automated decisions that could have significant consequences for individuals.

Retention

We retain data no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The existing statement specifies a typical period of five years for personal details, address and contact data, for follow-up, warranty or recontact.

Third parties

We do not sell your data. We share it only where necessary to perform our agreement or meet a legal obligation. Processing agreements with processors address security and confidentiality.

Your rights

If an identity copy is needed for verification, make the photograph, machine-readable zone, document number and BSN unreadable. The existing response period is four weeks.

Complaints and security

You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. We take appropriate measures against misuse, loss, unauthorised access, disclosure and alteration. Please contact us if you suspect a security problem.
